Return of nucleus colony deposit is non-negotiable after 24 hours upon placing your order. Cancellation of your deposit must be communicated by emailing michael@babybeeapiaires.com within that 24 hour window. Nucleus hives that are not picked up on the day agreed upon or communicated with purchaser will lose their deposit.
Nucleus colonies are sold with a proven laying queen and are sold as is. No refunds or returns will be made or accepted.
Mated queens are sold as a proven mated and laying queen. No refunds or returns will be made or accepted.
